Take your Time

So, you have an email campaign scheduled to go out today and you haven’t reached out to your customers for quite some time. In fact, some customers are actually complaining that they haven’t received anything from you for quite some time.  The problem is, you don’t really have much to say/report on. Is it worth throwing something thoughtless together to touch potentially impatient customers?


If you can’t take the time to put forth great content don’t put forth any at all.  Each touch point you have with your customers leaves an impression on the relationship.  Make sure you are strengthening the relationship each time you reach out.
