Marketing and Sales Working Together

1) One voice, one uniform message

2) All work and progress not mutually exclusive

3) Tracking of both sales and marketing success in the campaigns

4) Proper delineation of work

5) Healthy distribution of work loads

If you are a Swiftpage user, you have probably caught on that we are describing our Team level of service. The short of it, is that your marketing team creates and sends the emails out as though they were coming from the sales reps. The recipient’s reactions to the emails automatically create a call list for the sales reps. The call lists are then either managed by the reps themselves or distributed to the reps by a sales manager, where their progress can be monitored at any point and time. The whole process results in cohesion and affective use of your marketing, sales, and management talents.

We’re working to bring you and your teams the tools to do so. What do you do?

  1. We are on the same page as your sales strategy and since we create multi-channel marketing campaigns for our clients, the Swiftpage program integrates nicely with our objectives.

We believe that using sales language to sell will build the relationships our customers need to increase sales. More and more of our clients are seeing the value of driving people to the web using email.

You know, it used to be that sales people were the ONLY resource for information. Not true with the internet. Now anyone can find good information online to help them formulate a buying decision.
If a buying decision is based on establishing a trust factor, the email marketing contacts builds the trust people need to make decisons.

We are finding great value with the team concept in our solution and the snap shot tool is making a difference. Thanks for a great selling tool that builds a team concept for business.

  3. Steve, thanks for the positive feedback. It’s always great to hear that our tools are effectively impacting the bottom line. We are going to be coming out with an auto-responder feature after the first of the year, that has been generating a lot of buzz that will be an added bonus to the team concept. The whole idea behind our team concept is to unify the overall message of the company, so we are glad that has come to fruition for you.
