How do I replace the header image in my email template?

A Header Image is displayed in most templates at the very top, spanning across the whole template. There are a variety of Header Images to choose from in the Header Library as well as the ability to add your own custom header images.

Most companies will put their logo or something similiar to a letterhead or from their website as their Header Image to match the look that the company already has.

Headers cannot be linked to a URL.  If you want multiple graphics within the header, you will need to create the combined image in a paint/photo editing program then saving the header image as one file.

To choose a Header Image from the Header Library:
1. Under the Content Editor tab select Image Options and then the Header Image button.
2. Click on Replace Header Image and then the Header Image Library button.
3. Here, you can select a category you are looking for and then look at all the header images that reside within that category.
4. When you find the image you are looking for, click on it then hit the OK button to see your changes. If you want to switch to a different category, select the Menu button, or Cancel to cancel choosing a header from the library altogether.

To upload a custom Header Image: **NOTE: Your header image must be a maximum of 600 pixels wide – if it is wider than 600 pixels, any part of the image beyond 600 pixels will be truncated on the right-hand side when displayed as a header. Your custom header should be saved as a .jpg, .bmp, .gif, or .png file.
1. Under the Content Editor tab select Image Options and then the Header Image button.
2. Click on Replace Header Image and then the Upload A Header button.
3. Browse to your saved Header Image on your computer or network, and hit Open, then hit the Submit button.
