FAQ Friday: Scheduled Sends

Q: Can I schedule my emails to be sent in the future?

A: In order to have the Scheduled Send feature, you must have a Pro or Team level account with Swiftpage.  You will then see the Scheduled Send option in different places depending on the integration you are using:

– For Swiftpage for SageCRM, Swiftpage Hosted, Swiftpage for Excel and Swiftpage for Outlook, you will see the Scheduled Send option toward the end of the send process.

– For Swiftpage for ACT! and Swiftpage for SalesLogix, the Scheduled Send option is listed on the window you see when you click the Swiftpage E in those applications.

Make sure that when you schedule the send, schedule the furthest send out first and work backwards. You can view all your scheduled sends by logging at the top from www.swiftpage.com and clicking Reports, Scheduled Sends.
