FAQ Friday: How do I change my “From” email address in Swiftpage for ACT!?

Q: How do I change my “From” email address in Swiftpage for ACT!?

A: The simplest way to change your reply email address is to go to www.swiftpage.com and sign in at the top. Once logged in, click on “Your User Profile.”  At the top of the screen, you will see a button called “Email Address.”  Click that, and you can change your email address that will be your reply email address (the “From” address of the emails you send through Swiftpage).  Once you have changed your reply email address, it must be verified. Swiftpage will send an email verification to the new email address, you must open this email and click the link provided.

  1. Hi,

I was wondering if it were possible to have more than one email address to send from? We would like to be able to offer a more personal touch by having the name of the individual sales person on the email so it looks as though they have sent the mail themselves rather than passing it onto someone else?

    thanks

    James

    • James, Thanks for the question. Our Send As feature allows you to do just that. When you click on the tab Send Email within your interface you will see a button to choose to Send As. You can then choose one of your users or someone from your list (i.e. salesperson) to send on your behalf. You will have to enter your account password to make this happen. When people receive the email, they will see it coming from that person and they are also able to reply directly to them.
