Q: What are your privacy and anti-spam policies?  If I live in a country other than the United States, do I have to abide by the U.S. CAN-SPAM laws for my Swiftpage emails?

A: Yes.  Because Swiftpage is a U.S.-based company, both Swiftpage and its customers are required to abide by United States law, including the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.  For more information, please see the following resources:

1. Swiftpage’s Anti-Spam policy: http://www.swiftpage.com/Deliverability/antispampolicy.htm

Q: When I upload my image it appears as a red ‘x.’  Why?

A: When you upload an image and the image appears as a red x, it means the image is corrupted.  It could be that the image color format is not supported.  Open the image in Adobe Photoshop make sure the image is in the correct image format such as RGB, Bitmap, or Grayscale. Convert the image into the correct image format and try to upload the image again.  Note: Swiftpage works with .jpg, .gif, .png and .bmp image files.

Q: If I schedule a send and then change my “from” address before the send goes out, which address will it send under?

A: If you schedule a send (not through Drip Marketing, just a normal scheduled send) and then change your “From” address *after* you schedule the send but before the email blast actually goes out, the email blast will be sent out under the first (the original) email address, not the new one you changed it to.  In other words, the “From” address of the email blast is programmed into Swiftpage’s system when you first schedule the blast, not when the blast is actually sent.
