Q: How does the history record work with Drip Marketing? I don’t see the history record written upon the launch of a sequence.

A: The reason that the history record is not written is that Swiftpage does not write into history until results from a Drip Marketing sequence are received. (In other words, Swiftpage does not write a History record upon the initial launch.) When someone opens and email and then clicks a link for example, the next day the sender can go back into ACT! and click the “Drip Marketing” tab > Campaign Results button to retrieve the info. The history record looks slightly different with a Drip Marketing sequence.

  1. Thanks Anne. I have a question along similar lines. Once an email blast has been sent how long does SP track and record “opens?” In other words, say someone opens that email 3 or 4 days after receipt will SP reflect that when I open Reports?
