FAQ Friday- How do I change my default browser?

A: Swiftpage works best with Internet Explorer (versions 6-8) or Firefox (up to version 3). When editing templates, viewing reports, or launching Swiftpage from an integration, you may have limited functionality if you are not using one of these suggested browsers.

*Note: Changing these settings may require the help of an IT person and or reference to the software manual or help documentation associated with your internet browser. There is a known issue that Firefox does have some limitations in functionality.

  1. I’m using IE 9. When I try to edit I constantly have to use delete browsing button. Otherwise the templates don’t change. Should I switch back to IE8?
