FAQ Friday- How can I cancel a scheduled email blast?

As previously mentioned in “How to Avoid the Junk Trunk,” a deliverability best practice is to plan ahead on the sending of your email blasts. Just like all things in life, your schedule is subject to change. With Swiftpage’s reports feature, you can change the schedule of your email campaigns with a few simple clicks.

To change or cancel and email blast that has already been sent for the future:

  • Log onto http://www.swiftpage.com/ using your account information
  • Once you are logged into Swiftpage, you will be on the Swiftpage Connect homepage, click on “Reports”
  • From the reports tab, click the “Scheduled Email” button to view those emails you have scheduled to send
  • If you chose to delete a future campaign,  highlight that campaign and click the “Delete” button.  You are now free to re-schedule a new blast without worry of the old one being sent.
