FAQ Friday- How do I change my Account email address?

We know that life is crazy and that things are constantly changing.  We also know that as changes occur, it is important that we have your most up-to-date contact information on hand, especially when it comes time to send you things like lost passwords, billing inquiries, or even prizes you’ve won.  Needless to say, it is wise to ensure your Account information is updated and accurate.

Your account email address (as opposed to a user email address) is the address we will use to communicate with you primarily, and the address we will use to send account information (such as lost passwords, billing inquiries, etc.).

You can change your account email address by logging into the Account Management section of Swiftpage’s website.  Once logged into your Account Manager, select the “Change Credit Card Information” radio button and click “Submit” (note: your credit card will not be charged at any point in this process).  On the Change Credit Card page, enter the new email address you wish to have associated with your Account and click the “Submit Changes” button at the bottom of the page.  While you’re here, take time to glance through all of your account info listed, and if something’s outdated, update accordingly!
