FAQ Friday: How do I use the Swiftpage Autoresponder?

Ever wish an email could be sent automatically when one of your contacts filled out a survey, RSVPed for an event, or signed up for your email newsletter? With the Swiftpage Autoresponder a quick email can easily be sent to your contact, letting them know you heard them.

Start by using the Swiftpage Survey tool to create a form for your contacts to fill out. The Survey Tool can create almost any type of form you can dream up from an event RSVP to a Customer Service Survey to a fun poll or quiz. Swiftpage Survey forms all have unique URLs and can even be embedded on your website.

Swiftpage Survey ToolOnce your form is created, click on Survey Result Options from within the Survey tool and select Autoresponder – Email Acknowledgement. The Autoresponder – Email Acknowledgement will send a simple plain text email to your contact when they complete your form, giving them both confirmation and confidence to know you received their input.

Take your autoresponding prowess up a notch and select the Autoresponder – Drip Marketing Autoloader. Now when a contact completes your form, they are automatically added into a Drip Marketing campaign you have created and begin receiving the emails in the campaign.

Login to your Swiftpage account today and get started using the Autoresponder to reach your contacts more effectively. To learn more about using the Swiftpage Autoresponder take a peek at the Quick Start Guide to the Swiftpage Autoresponder.
