What is the Swiftpage Survey Tool?
The Swiftpage Survey Tool puts the power of web forms at your fingertips. Using the tool you are able to create forms to collect valuable information from your customers. A unique URL is generated for each survey form which can easily be linked to from any email template, website, email, social media outlet, etc. For those of you with more advanced HTML knowledge, you can even embed a Swiftpage survey on your website and the information will populate back into your Swiftpage account or database.
The Survey tool gives you a wide range of question options such as true/false, multiple choice, fill in the blank, and ranking. For branding continuity, the tool allows you to use one of your Swiftpage templates as a survey background and link to a custom landing page or a URL of your choice. The results are collected by Swiftpage and can be emailed to you, populate back to your database, and you can download them in Excel format at any time.
