Meet and Greet: Front Range Christian School

Sample template from the FRCS Drip Marketing Campaign.

Front Range Christian School provides quality Christian education to Denver area families. They place a high value on educational excellence and deeply value partnering with families to raise kids who are well rounded spiritually, intellectually and physically. Learn more about FRCS >>

We asked Jeff Haanen, Director of Admissions, to tell us how Front Range uses Swiftpage to reach their unique audience.

1.       How do you use Swiftpage Email Marketing?

At Front Range Christian School, we use Swiftpage Email Marketing to follow up with inquiring families.  When a family contacts us about possible enrollment, we promptly return the call, invite them in for a tour, and then invite their children to shadow at FRCS for a day. Once we’ve been through the process, we use email marketing to stay in touch over time.

2.       Tell us a little bit about your Drip Marketing campaign.

Our drip marketing campaign includes a series of emails, letters, and phone calls built around what makes FRCS unique among schools in the south Denver area.  They are planned so as to not overwhelm prospective families, but to provide additional information at regular intervals on topics such as academic excellence, spiritual formation of students, financial aid, open house schedules, and the quality of our school community.

3.       What response have you seen from your community since you began using Swiftpage?

The response thus far has been great. Many families have written back to us in response to automated emails, saying “Thanks for this. I really appreciate the story.” This, however, is the first year we’ve used it, and the results will be more clear this coming enrollment year.

4.       Any other comments or advice for others who are looking to use e-marketing?

My advice to other customers who use e-marketing would be to think intelligently about what you want to say to customers. Marketing is a conversation. Design your conversation around explaining your product, and how your product can meet a real need for your customer.

Thanks, Jeff! Great insight! Front Range Christian School is just one example of a company using Swiftpage to its fullest. We’d love to feature your company as well. Drop us a line and let us know you’re interested!
