  1. Make a list of 10 advantages of doing business with your company. Look over your list. How are you leveraging your advantages in your marketing efforts?
  2. What methods do you use to educate your customers? Which method is the weakest? The strongest? Why?
  3. What are 3 ways you can be more effective at educating your customers?
