- Ask your team if they can remember receiving a call or email from a potential customer who heard about your company from another customer. What did the potential customer have to say?
- When customers call or email to complain, what do their main complaints say about your customer experience?
- What are 3 tangible ways you can improve your customer experience? What is stopping you from implementing them?
