FAQ Friday: What are some of the most commonly asked questions about Swiftpage?

We receive questions that run the gamut, but there are a few that tend to surface more often than others. Since these are the questions that surface more often, we also tend to write about them more frequently in our FAQs. Rather than rehashing all of the answers, we’ve provided links to our top 5 FAQs:

  1. What size are Swiftpage email templates (specs and dimensions)?
  2. How can I build my contact list?
  3. I’m ready to start my first template. Now what?
  4. How do I make sure my email gets delivered?
  5. How can I cancel a scheduled email blast?

BONUS: Can I embed a survey form on my website?

  1. Audrey, have been trying to find this in the FAQs/Support Docs/Everywhere. My question: Does Swiftpage – When used through ACT – automatically clean my lists? I know it cleans unsubscribes, but what about bounces and undeliverables? If you could help me find the answer, I’d be ever grateful.

    • Tim – Thanks for your comment. We do not automatically clean your list from unsubscribes, bounces or undeliverables. We don’t send to unsubscribes, but we don’t remove them from your list. We leave it up to the list manager to manage the list. Hope that answers your question!
