Swiftpage Names Technology Executive H. John Oechsle New President and CEO, Bob Ogdon Remains As Chairman of the Board

Englewood, CO – June 25, 2012 – Swiftpage, the leading SaaS based white label marketing services solution for the micro and small business market , has appointed H. John Oechsle as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective July 2, 2012. Oechsle succeeds Bob Ogdon, who will stay on as Chairman of the Board and continue to play an active role in the business.

Oechsle comes to Swiftpage as a recognized international business leader with a 25 year track record of building highly profitable and sustainable revenue growth for emerging companies and established global leaders. Most recently he was the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Product for DigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI). During his tenure, he was instrumental in shaping the future of the company and driving revenue growth through the launch of a number of very successful product lines. Prior to DigitaGlobe, Oechsle served as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Content and Chief Information Officer for IHS Inc. He has held key leadership positions in the US and internationally with Johnson & Johnson, the Kellogg Company, and LandAmerica Financial.
