A Marketing Moment: Inspiration for Today’s Marketers

Who really enjoys talking to the unhappy customers? Not I! Regardless of how much we dislike it, we can learn a great deal from their experiences and today’s moment is all about learning from the grumbling customers in our midst.

Questions to ask yourself:

  1. How do you handle your most ‘unhappy customers?’ Why?
  2. What do unhappy customers tell you that happy customers don’t?
  3. Ask your team to share their experiences with unhappy customers. Collectively discuss learnings from these experiences.
  4. Decide on 3 steps in a plan to go walk through when unhappy customers surface.
