So you are updating your social networking pages? Good for you! While we love the way the social networks have made our experiences more visual, we understand getting the images to the right size can be quite confusing. Here is a quick rundown on what your images should be sized at in pixels. Keep in mind these should all be 72 DPI since they are web images.
Cover Photo: 851 wide x 315 tall
Profile Picture/Logo: Upload at 180 x 180 (Will display at 160 x 160)
Helpful note: The profile picture sits 210 pixels from the top and 23 pixels from the left.App Images: 111 x 74 (To change go to: Edit Page > Apps > Edit Settings)
Company Page Logo: 100 x 60
Company Page Image: 646 x 220
Company Square Logo: 50 x 50
Personal Profile Image: 200 x 200 up to 500 x 500 (go with the bigger size)
Profile Picture/Logo: 128 x 128
Header Image: 1252 x 626
Background Image: 1920 x 1080
Here are how many pixels wide you can use on the sidebars of your profile to reach X% of Twitter.com visitors:
- 66px for 98% of visitors (1024px wide resolutions)
- 194px for 85% of visitors (1280px wide resolutions)
- 238px for 56.1% of visitors (1366px wide resolutions)
- Up to 520px for 42.3% of visitors with resolutions wider than 1366px.
