Crazy8 Inspires with Colorful and Simple Email Design

I recently received this email from Crazy8 with details about their sale. The email is simple, to the point and fun to look at. Many of you might say, “Isn’t that an image only email?” While the email is made up of images, there is text at the top in the preheader and alternative text accurately describing all of the images. Before I even downloaded the images, I was able to understand the message.

Crazy8 EmailHere are some other things we like about this email:

  • The colors! The color combination is bold, but not too over the top and it is fun to look at.
  • The header has very simple web-like navigation directing customers to their area of interest. Sometimes emails include WAY too many links in the header.
  • The calls to action are big, bold and direct. I like how they gave an option to see all of the markdowns or shop by price.
  • Knowing that some folks might prefer to shop in the store, I like the storefront image at the bottom of the email with a link to find a store near you.

What do you like about the Crazy8 email? Share your thoughts!
